My knee is much better. I've got to get it stronger by walking rather than jumping into the running intervals. Thanks very much to Mark for the helpful stretching hints. I've learned that the stretching before after (and sometimes during) really does make me feel better. Saturday was great in Clinton. I kept up a good pace walking and didn't try to push myself to go advanced. Patience has not been one of my virtues. Apparently, I need it as much as the stretching!
Got in an hour walk yesterday at 6 a.m. and another one today. I've got to be out of town on business tomorrow and Thursday so wanted to get some walking time in before I left. Will get back to cross training with the weights and biking as soon as I can.

I am having a lot of knee pain also, Stretching does help but still uncomfortable. TGF Ibuprofen and Celebrex!
