I left town for business on Wednesday and didn't get back in until Friday night so wasn't sure how the 4.5 mile trek would go for me on Saturday. It was great! I walked most of it with a little jog thrown in here and there. The levee is a great place especially with all of us doing it together at whatever pace works for each of us. I try to keep in mind that it's not how fast I go that counts but building up stamina to keep going as long as I need to.
Yesterday I rode my bike and did some weights. Suddenly it was cold again late yesterday afternoon. This morning at 5:30 a.m. it was 29 degrees so I did my 4.5 miles on the treadmill.
