Today was fabulous weather and I loved my walk in Clinton. I did the circuit route twice. It was certainly lonely the second time but I know I've got to work on the stamina in order to make this work for me. Really enjoyed visiting with people today. The learning name circle was very helpful. Sure hope those folks names I learned wear the same clothes next week.

It does get lonely out there sometimes - that's when the mental stuff really kicks in! I had to learn to "think" all over again without a million distractions around - I hated it. Now, I love it!
